Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once the files have been downloaded or access has been granted, except where required by law.
Refunds may be issued if the same product was purchased twice, if a verified technical issue cannot be resolved, or if the product was significantly misrepresented. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of experience with Canva or other digital tools, personal style preferences, or properly functioning products.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
